Latest Ayesha Omer interview 2011

Born on October 12, 1981, Most Beautiful Ayesha graduated from the prestigious National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan, where she mastered the art of painting fine art. She acquired fame with two of her hit singles, Aao and Koi To Ho.

Since her early days at school, Ayesha had been keen in theater and charity work. She was a president at her arts school and managed theater productions along with doing costumes and conceptual creative work. Her favorite coloris orange and she has a keen fondness for remarkably mediocre episodes of "College Jeans", a lacklustre sitcom that failed to ignite any spark amongst bovine obsessed masses of Sargodha. She would dedicate her summers at the Rising Sun School for special children. At the sweet, tender age of eight, she started hosting a show with Muneeza Hashmi called Meray Bachpan Kay Din in which she would interview celebrities about their early days.

However, it was her break in the light teen comedy College Jeans that prompted her career in television. The show was directed by another NCA graduate Jawad Bashir and cast her alongside Ali Zafar and other prominent TV personalities. Soon after she was invited to host a show called Rhythm for Prime TV where she interviewed musicians from all over Pakistan including veterans like Arif Lohar and Shazia Manzoor.

She would even act with Nautanki, NCA’s drama group, even before she joined the college whence she gathered that a formal training is required. The National College of Arts (NCA) provided her every other reason to indulge into any prospect of performing arts. During her tenure at the institution she also modeled 18 fashion shows held as well as perform in seven plays with Lahore’s amateur theater groups.

Self-portraits Controversy

In 2003, a set of paintings that beautiful Ayesha created for her final NCA thesis generated excitement and controversy when exhibited. The controversy surrounded her submission of two semi-nude self portraits, also a part of the exhibition. Asked, Ayesha would say that the Pakistani society has forgotten the integral preciousness of life and quoted that “the human body is the purest of all natural forms, it’s chaste, it’s innocent, but you have to see beyond the apparent to perceive the metaphysical.

Latest Kareena Kapoor news 2011

Most Beautiful Kareena Kapoor is peeved that certain sections of the media are going to town over the fact that she was spotted exchanging pleasantries with Shahid Kapoor at a recent award show and then at filmmaker Karan Johar’s party. “It’s probably the 10th time we’ve spoken. But even after four years people still feel the need to write about it. It’s unfair since we’ve moved on. He may be in another relationship now and I’m with Saif (beau Saif Ali Khan) who knows that I will always wish Shahid well.”Shahid and Kareena Kapoor
So can be there a Jab We Met 2 now? “Some classics are best left untampered. Remember Geet as she was, why try to bring her back?”

Sexy Kareena is particularly excited to have signed up another film with her idol Aamir Khan. She admits that at one point she almost believed she’d lost the Zoya Akhtar movie because the dates were not working out. “I don’t have even an hour to spare for the next year but Salman (Bodyguard) and Karan (producer of Short Term Shaadi) were very accommodating and I’m looking forward to working with Aamir and Rani (Mukerji), whose crackling chemistry in Ghulam had mesmerised me,” she says, adding that the dhokla-fefda drunken scene in 3 Idiots is one of her best scenes ever, and she has Aamir to thank for it.

“He was always ready with suggestions. All the Khans are team players. Saif gets magazine cuttings for Sriram (Agent Vinod director Sriram Raghavan) to mould my look and he discusses my clothes with Aki Narula. And Shah Rukh wants me to look gorgeous in RA.One.”

Is there talk of another film with SRK? Says Kareena, “The next eight months are really busy. If I sign any more films, my family and Saif will forget me. And I will have to Xerox myself and distribute the copies amongst my producers.”

The actor has just returned from a rejuvenating break and is ready to start another hectic year. Bringing in the New Year with beau Saif has become an annual ritual now, after a Christmas spent with his kids and their families. “I love Gstaad…The snow, the food, the people and the tranquility. I guess, there’s a bit of Europe in both Saif and me. That’s why we keep going back to this way-out Swiss town. I’ve grown up in the film world but sometimes it’s nice to go someplace where no one talks about Bollywood movies or music,” she sighs, adding that Saif and she have learnt to enjoy reading, skiing or just talking. “We’ve also made a pact to meet every 10 days.”

Latest SEO trick for new Social Media Tool - Google +1 and Search Engine Rankings

Famous Website Google has launched the new application called Google +1 very recently. If you have seen carefully, there is a +1 sign next to each search result in Google search results page. In this article, let’s take a look at this new tool on how it works, what are its effects on PageRank, are Google+1 and Search Engine Rankings related to each other, and how you can use it on your website.

Basically +1 is acts same as that of “Like” button on FaceBook or “Follow” on Twitter. But the effects of +1 are different from other two, as Google is basically a search engine as well as social media and blogging platform too. With +1 launched, Google is trying to strengthen its position in social media sector. As far its working is concerned, it will add one vote to the search result, website or blogpost, if a user presses on +1 sign next to it. When more number of people press +1, means vote for your website, it will be more trustworthy for Google.

Adding the Google+1 button to your own website is very easy. You have to copy-paste the following code on your website’s homepage and it will start working instantaneously. You need to place inside the <head> or just above the </body> tag of the webpage.

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://apis.google.com/js/plusone.js"></script>
<!– Place this tag where you want the +1 button to render –>

<g:plusone size="tall"></g:plusone>

Now comes the most important question. Are Google +1 and Search Engine Rankings connected to each other in any way? Whether +1 also affects the Google PageRank of a website, is still not very clear. Some people say that it affects not directly but indirectly somewhere down the line. Whereas others claim that the PageRank is not at all affected by this new tool. However, there is good news for PPC marketers as +1 is going to be a permanent addiction in the Google AdWords. The anti-spam mechanism is already in place and if someone tries to vote more times to his or her own website to improve score, the website can be penalized.

According to some experts Google +1 is going to work in phases. During the first phase, Google will collect all the information for analysis and then during next phase, it will try to provide more personalized experience for searching and ranking operations.

Latest Diya Mirza news 2011

After being in the Bollywood business for a decade,Most Beautiful Diya Mirza  is taking the next logical step. She is turning director and her debut outing would go on floors next year. Her first film as a director would be a romantic drama and while she would be producing it as well, there is a good probability that she would be acting in it too.

Informs a source close to sexy Dia, "She always had direction in mind but wanted to be very sure before taking a plunge. She decided to go slow but steady and closely observed her 'good friend' Sahil Sangha with whom she was making Love Breakups Zindagi. Feeling far more comfortable and confident after her first ever movie making experience, Dia has now informed Sahil and her other co-producer Zayed Khan that she is ready to take the plunge."

Both her partners are supportive of her decision as well and have already started groundwork for their next production.

Says a senior member of the production house, "Love Breakups Zindagi isn't a one off film made by Dia-Zayed-Sahil; they plan to take things further on from here. In fact Dia is very charged about turning director and Zayed as well as Sahil have promised full support. An official announcement around title, cast and other details would be made soon."

While that happens, Dia does confirm what our source had to say. "Yes, I would be directing a film next year for our production house. It would be a romantic drama though I may or may not be acting in it. I can commit though it would be in line with the ethos of our company."

With two of the three company members (Sahil, Dia) turning directors, one wonders whether Zayed would be following suit pretty soon too.

Latest news of Yousaf Raza Gilani world news 2011

MUZAFFARGARH: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani reiterated on Saturday that the creation of a new province for the people of southern Punjab would end their sense of deprivation.
Addressing a public gathering here after performing the ceremony of the multi-million housing project donated by the Turkish government for flood-affected people, Gilani said people would reject those who were against the creation of a new province.
Gilani assured the gathering of “a new province” and said that the new province would be a guarantee of their rights.
Prime Minister Gilani delivered his address in Seraiki language and said it was due to the demand of the native people who were desirous of getting a separate province.
He said 4,620 houses would be constructed in Muzaffargarh, Rajanpur and Fazalpur.
He said other ancillary facilities like schools, mosques, health centres would also be constructed.

GM, UAW agree on new 4-year contract world news 2011

DETROIT (AP) — General Motors Co. and the United Auto Workers, sobered by the government bailout and bankruptcy just two years ago, agreed on a new four-year contract without the public acrimony or strikes that have plagued the talks in the past.
Details weren't released, but the union said the deal reached late Friday includes some of its major goals, including improvements in profit-sharing, promises of new jobs and better health care benefits. The deal will serve as a template for contracts that still must be negotiated with Chrysler Group LLC and Ford Motor Co., setting the pay and benefits for 112,500 U.S. auto workers. It also will set the bar for pay and benefits at nonunion auto companies and other industries across the country.
The talks are the first since GM and Chrysler needed government aid to make it through bankruptcy protection in 2009.
"When GM was struggling, our members shared in the sacrifice. Now that the company is posting profits again, our members want to share in the success," UAW Vice President Joe Ashton, the chief negotiator with GM, said in a statement.
The deal likely will include sweeter profit-sharing checks instead of raises for most of GM's 48,500 union workers in the U.S. Also likely is a raise for entry-level workers who make $14 to $16 per hour, about half the pay of a longtime auto worker. It also will include creative ways to cut GM's labor costs, which are still higher than those at nonunion U.S. plants owned by foreign competitors.
GM was the first of the Detroit Three to reach agreement with the UAW. Chrysler is likely to be next, followed by Ford, where little progress has been made in negotiations so far. The UAW announced the GM agreement just after 11 p.m. EDT Friday, after a little more than seven weeks of closed-door bargaining.
Workers must vote on the plan before it will take effect. Union leaders from factories around the country have been asked to come to Detroit Tuesday to learn the details so they can explain them to members. A vote is expected within 10 days.
"We used a creative problem solving approach to reach an agreement that addresses the needs of employees and positions our business for long-term success," said Cathy Clegg, GM's vice president of labor relations.
The union said in a statement that it successfully fought efforts by the company to weaken its defined-benefit pension plan, which is among the best in U.S. manufacturing. The company also wanted health care cuts, but the union protected those benefits and made improvements, the statement said. But it did not say if workers will see higher co-pays or monthly premiums.
Earlier this year, GM factory workers got profit-sharing checks that totaled around $4,000, and UAW President Bob King has said they'll have to be larger in a new contract if the union gives up annual pay raises.
GM workers reached early Saturday were happy a deal had been reached but anxious about the details.
At a factory complex in Spring Hill, Tenn., where GM used to make Saturns, worker Todd Horton was hoping the promise of new jobs would mean reopening the assembly plant where he worked before GM closed it in 2009.
Bobbi Marsh, a team leader in Lordstown, Ohio, near Cleveland, said it would be nice if she and other entry-level workers got a pay raise, but she's more concerned about job security. Marsh was hired in 2008 to help make the hot-selling Chevrolet Cruze compact car. She's worried that if sales slow, she could get bumped out of work by people with more seniority.
"If they want to throw us a dollar or two, I'm very excited," she said. "I really just need to keep my job. I can't even think past any of the other issues."
The union's contract with GM expired Wednesday, but it was extended indefinitely while negotiations continued. In the past, workers might have gone on strike when the deadline passed. But this year, GM and Chrysler workers had limited ability to strike under terms of the companies' government bailouts.
King, reached by phone Friday night, said he wouldn't comment until after he has met with local union leaders.
The White House will be among those watching the terms of the deal. GM received a $49.5 billion government bailout two years ago and is still part-owned by the U.S. Treasury. An agreement that is favorable to GM could help the company's stock rise, which would get the Treasury closer to making back the money it is owed when it sells its remaining shares.
Most GM workers make around $56 per hour in wages and benefits, less than at Ford but far higher than at other companies like Chrysler and Hyundai Motor Co.
After its wrenching trip through bankruptcy protection, GM is making money again. The company made $4.7 billion last year, its first annual profit since 2004. But it isn't eager to add costs after years of layoffs and plant closings.
The UAW has shown a willingness to work with GM to cut labor costs. Last fall, the union agreed to lower the wages of 40 percent of its workers at a Michigan plant so it can profitably build the subcompact Chevrolet Sonic there. In turn, GM has promised to invest in its U.S. workers and facilities.
The union hopes to show that it can work cooperatively with auto companies as it tries to unionize U.S. factories owned by Nissan Motor Co., Volkswagen AG and other foreign automakers. King said the union remains committed to organizing those plants.
"As long as unionized workers are being forced to compete with nonunion workers who in most cases receive lower pay and benefits — many in temporary jobs — there will continue to be a downward pressure on the wages and benefits of all auto workers," he said.
The union's focus on GM slowed the Chrysler negotiations and drew an angry response earlier in the week from CEO Sergio Marchionne.
Marchionne accused King of failing to show up at Chrysler's Auburn Hills, Michigan, headquarters to finalize a deal on Wednesday night. Marchionne then left the country, so it's unlikely a deal will be reached until he returns next week.

Andrea Mitchell and Catherine Chomiak, NBC News 2011

World News 2011:
President Mahmoud Abbas said he would demand full membership of the United Nations for a Palestinian state when he goes to the U.N. General Assembly next week, setting up a diplomatic clash with Israel and the United States. NBC's Andrea Mitchell reports.
By Andrea Mitchell and Catherine Chomiak, NBC News
U.S  officials are working feverishly to persuade the Palestinians to back down from what is still only a threat to go to the United Nations Security Council with their demand for immediate statehood.
On Friday, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said he will request full membership at the United Nations when the General Assembly convenes next week.
One official told NBC News after Abbas's announcement that "this is a negotiation. They say they are doing it until they say they aren't doing it."
The U.S. has been resolute in its opposition to the proposed action and is engaged in frantic last-minute diplomatic discussions to try to head it off.
Just Thursday, Secretary Clinton reaffirmed the administration’s view, saying, "we believe strongly that the road to peace and two states living side-by-side does not go through New York. It goes through Jerusalem and Ramallah and it is our absolute conviction that we need to get the parties back to the negotiating table."
Clinton also recently dispatched two top Middle East diplomats to the region. U.S. envoys David Hale and Dennis Ross have met with Israeli President Shimon Peres, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barak. On the Palestinian side, they have met with Abbas and others.
Famous History or histrionics in UN’s Palestine vote?
According to an official, the diplomats are offering alternatives to UN action, including a fast track to new talks between the two sides and further pressure on Israel to stop its settlements policy.
Their efforts may be paying off, as the Palestinian Authority has not yet taken the first procedural step needed to introduce a statehood resolution to the Security Council.
The Palestinians would have to first send a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon requesting that a resolution be brought to the Security Council. Ban in turn would write to the Security Council. A member of the council would then have to bring it up on behalf of the Palestinians. A resolution would then have to be drafted, debated and amended before it could be brought to a vote.
The United States has said that it would veto such a resolution if it passes in the Security Council.  In order for a resolution to pass it must have nine votes of the council’s 15 members. If the resolution were to get nine votes, the U.S. or another of the five permanent members could exercise veto power.
If the Palestinians either do not or cannot get the Security Council to vote on their resolution, they would seek the same status from the 193-member United Nations General Assembly. They will have overwhelming support in that body, and that would give them important leverage.
However, the U.S. position remains that UN action will not bring about a two-state solution with both sides living in peace and security. “We all know that no matter what happens or doesn’t happen at the UN, the next day is not going to result in the kind of changes that the United States wishes to see,” Clinton said.
Andrea Mitchell is NBC News' chief foreign affairs correspondent. Catherine Chomiak is NBC News' State Department producer.

Latest trick of SEO for webmaster tools 2011

Last week world's no 1 site Google announced a change to the way they classify internal and external links in Webmaster Tools. The update shouldn’t change the number of links, but should report your links in a more accurate way in regards to where they are coming from.
In the past, links from subdomains (ie: example.seo.com) were classified as external links. Even a link from the non www version of your site was classified as external. With the changes, links from these types of domains will now be considered internal links, as long as you also own the root domain.
With this change you may notice your total number of external links go down, but this is only because some of your links that were previously classified as external are now being classified as internal. Your total number of links should remain the same.

The bull case for Europe world news 2011

The bull case for Europe world news 2011

While it may take a big longer time than markets want, people underestimate Europe’s willingness to keep itself together, said Neil Dwane, chief investment officer overseeing European portfolio management for RCM, which manages $154 billion.

/quotes/zigman/4867933/sampled EURUSD 1.3781, -0.0095, -0.6872%
Euro far above recent lows
The euro’s collapse has been greatly exaggerated, he said, noting it fell as low as $1.19 last year when Greece's debt problems first came of light.
Though it’s down to $1.37 from its highs around $1.60, “the euro looks pretty sound from where I’m standing.”
Dwane said something like eurobonds are still possible along with more concrete steps by countries to rein in their debts. The euro could fall to closer to $1.20.
The dollar was a little softer in morning trading after a report on U.S. consumer sentiment.
A gauge of consumer sentiment rose to 57.8 in the preliminary reading for September after tumbling to a nearly three-year low 55.7 in August, according to Friday reports on the gauge from Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan. Economists polled by MarketWatch had expected a slight rise to 57.3. The bigger-than-expected rise dulled some investor interest in the dollar. See more on consumer sentiment.
The change in consumer sentiment only reversed a “small part” of last month’s plunge, said Paul Dales, senior U.S. economist at Capital Economics: “The rise from last month’s near-record low was presumably driven by the stabilization in equity prices and a fading of fears that the U.S. economy was about to drop off a cliff, but confidence remains well below the 74.3 seen in May.”
The 17-nation shared currency jumped Thursday after the European Central Bank, in coordination with other major central banks, announced it would provide additional dollars to banks to help them meet liquidity needs through the end of the year. Read more on ECB loans to European banks.
The action helped calm fears of an imminent dollar-funding crunch as banks grow wary of lending to each other amid fears over exposure to Greece’s sovereign debt.
